Default No more chicken noodle soup?

Everybody in my house, except my son in law and dog were throwing up during the night. I was feeling a little better until I got up. I had to get up anyway because my aching back wouldn't allow me to lie there much longer. Apparently 12 hours is my limit.

Since chicken noodle soup is off the menu what do you recommend to settle the stomach and rehydrate?

I don't know if you can find Boldo leaves where you live, but here in So. America, a lot of people smash up a boldo leaf in a bit of boiling water and drink it.

Mint tea with honey is about as good as I could find around the house this weekend. I haven't vomited since Saturday afternoon and I felt pretty good all day yesterday even though I still had diarrhea through last evening. I seem to be OK this AM so I guess I'm going to work today.

    Thanks for the input
