Default Susan Shenck - The Live food Factor

I loved this book and used it as a reference when I was 100% convinced about raw. Recently I have heard her dismiss Raw vegan as not enough and she now eats meat and advocates that we ALL need it. I am so confused as I can't stomach it. What are your thoughts?

Do whatever is best for you and don't worry about what other people think is best for them :)

She stated she had issues with lack of B12 and Vitamin D, however both of these can be easily supplemented.

She said she used fish oil, but if she had issues with omega 3, she should have eaten chia or linseeds (flaxseeds).

She then said she started eating 3 raw egg yolks a day, but it wasn't enough for her, and so she felt forced to start eating animal flesh. Sounds like a wolf in sheep's clothing to me.

I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.

We'll always find excuses and/or rationalizations for whatever it is we WANT to do. "Forced" huh? lol

Thank you. If you want to see some long-term vegetarians/vegans, check out Zenkahuna and his ladies on YouTube. I had been "planning" on going vegetarian for a couple of years before meeting him. He's also the person who introduced me to raw.

our souls are eternal , our bodies wear out life after life til we discover how to make a body last forever

how you conduct yourself each body span determines the type roots your growing on your soul ,
these roots are responsible for what youll stand as in your future

grow wrong roots itll take you longer to attain eternal body state , proper root growth gets one to eternity sooner

and were all on our own to design ourselves , no god things going to make anybody eternal / what they want to be

so your in control of your destiny

look at the universe / eternity as just an individual without any ideas put into your mind by others on earth ,
what do you want to stand on the universe as . A - a creepy little predator milking cattle and putting critters in cages B - a higher civilized life form eating plants and only killing out of self defense

exactly , comes the time in each souls evolution they realize that because all creatures feel pain the same that the proper life form is a plant eater . very elementary stuff
