Default I need some encouragement with Adrenal Fatigue

Hey everyone. I know that some of you have been through this before and I thought I would tap your experience. I've
been doctoring for the past 2-3 years for weak adrenals. He has had me take hydrocortisone (15-20mg) with no
improvements. I understand that by taking this steroid that it will shut down my body's ability to produce it. Every
morning I wake up exhausted. The doctor has me do the saliva test and it always shows hardly anything in the morning.
Since reading Robert Morse's book, I have gone raw. I've also started taking his herbs in the last week. It has been one month and still waiting on all that energy. I have reduced my hydrocortisone to only 5mg with 25mg of DHEA. I'm not overweight. My wife worries that I'm getting too skinny though my BMI is still normal (21.6 for a male 6' at 158 lbs). With my job there are occasions that I need to meet people over a meal and it can be hard to stay on the narrow path when I'm not yet seeing the results. I know that it could take 6+ months but I would love to hear from someone who has taken this journey before. Thanks for any help and advice you can share.

Do you have a juicer? If you do, juice dandelion with oranges. (Orange will help with the taste).

Maca is known to help the adrenal gland but i don't know about this.

I know the wild edible plant are incredible such clover, plantain, etc.... Research.

Google god herbs dr. Robert Morse. Read the description of his herb of his glandular formula

Continue to do raw food diet, you will be ok. I had poor adrenal also so much that it leaded me to anxiety when i was stress out, it is like the stress burned them even more. His herb formula are great but you can just find locally some herbs here/fresh or some at your health food store. You must embraced the raw food diet to help your body.

    All the best

p.s Avoid Nut, they over tax your kidney and your adrenal are attach to them. I am not a doctor, research

Consider looking into leaky gut and it's resulting food sensitivities if you haven't already. The effect it has on your immune system could surely leave one with weak adrenals. Removing any offending foods should lessen the burden and speed or assist recovery.

I've been a client of Dr. Morse's for almost a year. Are you open to taking glandulars? He offers glandulars, but to get them you have to be a client of his, they're quite powerful. I'm currently taking thyroid and pituitary glandulars.

Thanks Raw Angel Mom for your comments. I do juice and make smoothies. I will occasionally add some dandelions or plantains to my smoothie. Currently I'm eating alot of fruits as I'm trying to follow Dr Morse advice from his book. I have not talked with him but have recently started to take his herbs for adrenal fatigue.

Thanks streetsurfer. I have been tested for food alergies and haven't had cheese and milk for many years. I also stopped eating glutten in the past 4 yrs. I haven't read much about leaky gut but I'll look into it.

Are the glandulars the same as his herbs? I am taking the herbs for adrenal fatigue.

No - the glandulars come from animals.

Then in that case I don't know anything about them. I'll have to do some research.

Dr. Morse recommends using them when you really have to hit the gland hard. Lots of companies though, do not sell directly to the client - you have to go through a practitioner because they're so strong. Just letting you know in case you don't find them for sale..

    Robert Morse and animal products.

Proper nutrition along with sprouts and superfoods can probably do everything that glandulars do.
