I have been soaking and spouting hard wheat berries. After their little tales appear, I dehydrate them. When thoroughly dry, I grind into flour.

After that, I blend puried tomatoes into the mixture, with one hot pepper and dehydrate on low again.

16 ounces of flour and about a cup of tomatoes = 6 cracker's.

My problem is this, how can I stretch this to more crackers? I did the calorie count thing and 16 ounces of flour is 1500 calories divided by 6 is 250 calories each. This will kill my diet. Any suggestions?

Take care,
