    Default grapefruit smoothie recipe 4 u

    I ran across a refreshing grapefruit smoothie recipe. 1 red grapefruit peeled, etc., 1 cup of ice, stevia or sweetner of your choice, and a big pinch of cumin. Blend well, so tasty!

    Just tried this. It was really good. Thanks for the recipe. Loved the cuminy taste and I used a teaspoon of honey. Mmm good. I'm sure in February whenm the grapefruits are in season you would not need a sweetener.
