Talking Hi Girls and Guys - What's your exercise routine?

Tell me what type of exercise are you are doing to help increase the weightlosses you have experienced.
I have a Nordic Track that I exercise with a couple of times a week and an exercise ball.
    What are you all doing?
Today is day #15 for me and I'm sticking with it WOW it's easier the second time around.

I use several different things because I like variety :)

Leslie Sansone's Walking Away the Pounds ( not a cake walk as it sounds )

Still in beginner's Pilates - ready to begin Romana's Pilates

    Louise Solomon's Yoga-Pilates mixed

Tai Chi - just started yesterday.

Brisk walking when we can get out there... been on hiatus since foot surgery.

Lotte Berk NY - flab kickin' isometric dancer-like muscle building system. Oh... my muscles ( whhooo... you FEEL this one )

I'm still looking for other things I've yet to try. My youngest daughter, not the aerobic type, enjoyed Tai Chi with me yesterday.

    T-Tap looked interesting!

    Default Uh-Oh!

sadly, exercise is a rare part of my life. I hate to exercise on purpose. I love to go for long (fast paced) walks and ride my bicycle around just to think and get "fresh" exhaust fumes, oops! I mean air - fresh air - but I don't go as often as I would like to cause my neighborhood isn't very pedestrian friendly. I probably/definitely do need more exercise even though I don't need to lose any weight and my energy is spring loaded.

My routine is similar to tglasco4's routine with the exception that my weightlifting days usually last 45'. I basically do what is taught in Click here - BodyForLife. Of course, I eat only RAW plant-based foods so obviously I do NOT subscribe to Bill Philips diet program.

I like this exercise routine because it varies from week to week. One week I do Upper Body twice and lower body once; the following week lower body is done twice and upper body once. So, on Monday after a hard upper body workout, I think to myself -- glad that's over until Friday :)

I do tend to run longer than 20' --- usually about 30 - 50 minutes.

    Here's what I do:

kick box 2-3 times a week
    run 2-3 times a week
    curves 3 times a week

What I do find interesting is how much all us raw vegans exercise. How ever do we have the energy??? Hmmm, maybe there's something to this ;)
