Renee, congrats on getting your spouse back home.

I'm holding steady and really excited to be nearing my first goal weight. I'll be away most of october -possibly- for husband's job, but we are planning to take the food processor and spiralizer with us and eat as healthy as possible.

I'll check in when I can! Good luck guys. x

Thx RedCedar!!!! And, it feels good to be put of the hospital!!!! He did have a private room, so the kids and I spent a few nights sleeping there, and that sofa bed wasn't nothin' nice!!! It was about as thick as a piece of paper!!!! The hospital had lots of fruit, though!

Anyway, I'm SO glad to be home!

    Hi Stacy!

Basically, I just grind Almonds in Water (w/Vitamix), then add Cinnamon, Vanilla, Agave and Chia Seeds then pulse briefly or just stir them in. The Seeds will thicken as they sit. Add fresh fruit for a complete meal! SO good!!!! :-)

hi everybody, I need some motivation and support too, so i am in .

Actually I just made myself juice today but still had some salad and bananas , so starting tomorrow I am feasting again yeah, I cant wait.

I tried several times over the last two months but I was ok during the day and then in the evening I would eat some salad ( mostly 100% raw )

Please help me to stay on track. I want to go to full 30 days. The longest was I think 26 or 25 days last year.

Thank You all and good luck, together we can do it!!!

I'm in again. Tomorrow will be my last day on the road, thankfully. I made it to MD Sat afternoon and I've spent the day today with 2 of my boys. We made some Kimbap today, which I love even though it's not 100% raw the way my son makes it. I can see how easily it can be made with only raw ingredients though. Tomorrow morning me and my dog head out for SC where I'll be staying for quite a few months. My son there has already called to let me know my new Vitamix has arrived along with some of the food I've ordered. I brought one of my juicers but I need to get a food processor soon and I think I'll head over to amazon and order a spirooli thanks to the Sept thread. I'm really looking forward to not being on the road and being able to make what I want when I want it. And Renee, congratulations on your hubby being home and the changes he's willing to make for his health! Don't forget to take care of yourself too though.

Andrew: you CAN totally do this!!!! Pls keep coming here to log! For the evenings, PLAN, PLAN, PLAN!!!!! That's the key word for today! PLAN what your dinner will be and you'll be able to maintain your rawness!!! :-)

Thx Amber!!!! It sure feels good to have him home!

I have sprouted my Buckwheat to make my Hubby's Calzone!!!! So, I decided to dry some of it and have Buckwheaties Cerael for Breakfast:

I'm also dehydrating some Pineapple for my Car Snack:
