Default Best sources for sprouting seeds

What companies sell good quality sprouting seeds at the lowest prices? Azure Standard is great, but they don't have unhulled sunflower seeds or organic fenugreek, both of which I have almost every day as microgreens.

For a long time I ordered almost exclusively from sproutpeople.org, but many of their seeds are grossly overpriced compared to some.

What else? Any favorite sprouting companies? I live in the US, but I don't see why we shouldn't create a list of the best sprouting companies around the world if possible.

nuts.com has a fair selection of sprouting seeds for good prices if you don't mind non-organic (also has some organic seeds), but still no organic fenugreek or sunflower seeds in the shell. The most interesting thing about this site is that they sell organic milk thistle seeds, which must be amazing for the liver.

wheatgrasskits.com has prices similar to sproutpeople.org, but a smaller variety. But they do have the seeds I'm looking for.

Sprout people have crazy prices. l enquired about getting some basic plastic equipment and the postage was almost $100 to Australia. Too price prohibitive for me.

Living Food: l am making enquiries to someone to see if l can get a special deal happening for you. l'll let you know when he gets back to me. He has good contacts.

    Wow. Thank you.

I actually don't need any supplies for another 2 or 3 months, I just wanted to make sure I knew where to get them when I do. If the deal is still available then I would love that.

Right now Azure Standard is probably going to be the place I get most of my sprouts - most seeds for under $2/pound, some for $1/pound or less. Organic peas for under 50 cents/pound and most cereal grains are even less! So I'll have some extra money to play around with anyway, compared to the Sprout people prices I'm looking at huge savings.

But if you can get a better deal somewhere I won't say no :)

Surprisingly enough Sprout people have one of the best prices on alfalfa thart I've ever seen, so I'll probably get my alfalfa from there. But other then that their prices are absurdly high.

The fellow got back to me just now and recommended these two sites. He sources and seels his seeds through these sites: many of the seeds are cheaper:
    http://www.grassandsprouts.com/GROW_YOUR_OWN.html
    http://organicfruitsandnuts.com/organicseeds.html

l recall finding other good sites too, let me find them.

Azure Standard actually has better prices on most seeds, although I will use one of these sites for the unhulled sunflower seeds.

I am going to contact Azure Standard and make sure all of their seeds are sproutable, if they aren't then I will use one of the sites you gave me.

I don't know anything about organicdirect.com but the sell 25 lbs of sunflowers in the hull for $50 plus $30 shipping It's a little rich for my blood but it's the best price I can find in the hull so far. There has to be a better price out there somewhere. There is no way it should cost more for them not to remove the hull!

Thank you Delmar. I might end up using that if I can't find anything else. I would never give up my sunflower greens, they are much much to powerful a food and very important during wintertime. It's a pity they're such a pain to grow in cold weather.

    Any suggestions Mr Raw?
