My lunch box is big today because I work 11 1/2 hours in the shop I own by myself. I'll have juice which I made last night (spinach, parsley, golden beets, carrots, burdock root, celery, cucumber and pear.) I have grapes, bananas and watermelon. I have mixed greens with carrots and cucumber. And lastly, I have a bit of salad I made with avo, mango, cucumber and a bit of red onion.

Just curious, where is your protein? I'm diabetic and have to watch my fruit intake.

I eat a lot of miso soup. I have an insulated soup bowl and I prepare everything in it; veggies, miso, sesame seeds, whatever I have on hand to put in it, then at work I add hot water and instant soup. I also like raw hoaggies, I found this on YouTube. Whatever snacks I have made; kale chips, flax crackers, corn chips with nacho cheeze, mixed nuts. I also like to take zucchini noodles and cheeze in separate containers. I warm the noodles by putting them, in their container, in a larger container full of hot water for awhile, or just adding hot water to them for awhile and then draining them and add the cheeze=veggie mac & cheeze. I alos take lots of juice. water and fruit. Many days I bring stuff home, but not always. I also want to be prepared if I have to run errands after work so I don't get caught out hungry. This way I have NO excuse!
