Default weight loss plan...trying to make it simple. any suggestions?

hi guys... i'm new to the raw food community. i'm trying to get healthy and lose weight... i'm trying to formulate the easiest and least expensive way to introduce eating raw. Why? i'm broke!!! hehe this is my plan
to drink 64 oz of green smoothie daily (spinach/strawberry/bluebarry/orange/banana) following week replace spinach with kale, etc...
when hungry to eat salads (Romain, mixed greens, etc...) with tomato, celery, cucumber. with homemade dressing.
workout (walking/running/jogging 1hr a day and dance classes on some days)
simple and easy is what i'm looking for.
please if you could suggest easy low fat smoothie/meals that isn't complicated or expensive for me to add to my routine, please, please do share. Especially those of you who have lost weight... i have a ton to lose and my focus is low fat. any suggestions will help. thank you.

here at 20 years vegan / 7 years high raw ive become a big proponant of regular fasting

cuts fat / helps get tighter grip on cravings / washes out pollution and damaged cells

my outlook is explained at below link , and its not jumping in full tilt . its just starting out 24 hours
per week and getting that habit developed then seeing if want to take it further .
and even if just staying at the 24 per week pace its a GREAT health tool imo

also : changing over to raw is a huge huge war , very few stick with it . and trying to do it without good / healthy raw fat rich foods
would make it even more difficult . thusly my angle is as long as its raw ide add generous amounts of healthy high fat stuff such as avacado
and nut / seed milks . nut / seed milks as smoothies bases are very valuable food to me that gives me strength to work all day while being very healthy . almond milk smoothie with bananas and varying sweetner is a huge staple food for me that gets me through vigorous manual labor 10 hour days , and on this smoothie along with raw juices i guarantee im still cutting weight . a rich raw food liquid diet with nut / seed milks plus fruit n vegi juices gives energy n strength while cutting fat

as to juicing right now . tomatoes are in season n cheap , mix in garlic clove n parsley plus whatever for a filling - good tasting juice .
tomato juice on my winter fasts is my favorite , keeps me warm plus the vitamin c n garlic fights bugs

lemon supresses appetite for me on fasts , so does the non raw but simple whole food grean tea

good luck developing your healthy habits

I have done smoothies with spinach and a raw protein powder as a meal replacement and it seems to be a quick easy raw option. Another good option is raw nut butters or raw trail mix. Best of luck and keep us posted!

Sprouting is a great way to stay on a budget. You can put sprouts in salads or smoothies. You can make bread and crackers with others. Buy in bulk and whats in season. Sounds like you have a great start.

Eating "healthy" fats from seeds, nuts, olives and avos WILL assist you in eliminating excess weight. 6 of us went raw altogether, only one of us needing to eliminate excess weight. This was about 15 years or so ago before it became so popular. We ALL lost weight. I was 112#'s at 5'6" and dropped down to 97. Most of our meals consisted of stuff made with seeds, and nuts ~ basically crackers, burgers, salads, etc. My suggestion, get Alissa's first book and just eat raw. Stop focusing on weight; focus on health and fitness. The weight elimination will follow naturally.
