    Default Hard Dry Bread

    Ok i am trying to make my own veggie burger buns or bread. I have sprouted kamut, wheatberries and other grains and try a bunch of different recipes. The question i have is my bread is always hard and dense. I am looking for something to traditional hamburger bun where it is softer. Does anyone have any recipes or techniques they use to make their bread softer. When i try to take it out of my dehydrator early it tastes raw inside. Thanks
