    Default Sprouted brown rice salad

Hoping for some advice. I am opening a raw food cafe in Vietnam as I have mentioned before.
I am getting together my supplies for the pantry, slowly. I am trying to use as much local produce as possible, brown rice is in abundance here.
Any ideas on how I could utilize this product or give me some links.

This is great, you will be able to sprout this rice. Most the rice we have here, we cannot sprout.

Hope you find what you need.

    Congratulation with your restaurant!
    Blessings and love

sprouted rice is nice and I have used it but it never seems to get very soft which makes it harder to eat. If you find some recipes it would be good to know about.

I think they don't on the whole but they do wild rice soaks. I much prefer wild rice - even though it's not actually a rice.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I will sprout them and make it up as I go and tell people about the outcome. Just finished dehydrating watermelon it was fantastic.
