    Default Some Good Cleanses

Any of you guys like to cleanse? I find I absorb food much easier after cleansing. Here are some cleanses I like:

The reviews on these herbs are fantastic and they worked wonders for my digestive track.

This is the best ingested aloe vera on the world. It's all cold processed. I like the triple strength liver detox the best after years of heavy drinking.

Let me know what you think.

I don't do cleanses as I believe raw fruits and vegetables are cleansing enough. Juice feasting, though, or water fasts would step up the cleansing process for sure! Both of which I am interested in.

I hope others post and put in their 2 cents....Ü...

"Cleanses" were invented by people so as to make money. Raw food is fine by itself and of itself.

I assure you raw food only works because it's clean food other than some pesticide concerns.

How do you eat raw wheat?

Some plants are ok and others are not?

nobody has said every plant is ok. Obviously they are not - be it rhubarb leaves or belladonna or any number of other plants. If you want to eat raw wheat then try sprouting it and either making a type of sundried bread or by growing wheatgrass and then juicing.
