Default doing well until I got a fever and body aches

I found out I had an abnormal pap smear which prompted me to make some lifestyle changes. For the last month and half I have been trying to transition into raw/vegan. I have been doing pretty well. Most of the week I have been raw or sometimes cooked vegan however I had been eating organic chicken and salmon a bite or two maybe once or twice a week with the desire for animal products becoming repulsive, no red meat and eating cheese maybe once a week still but working on eating less and less of these. I lost 10 pounds just doing that and using the rebounder 5 minutes a day. I have also been taking supplements a multivitamin, 1000mg vit d, aloe vera caps and natural vitamin c and drinking alkaline 8.5ph water.

Two days ago I developed a 102 temp with chills and body aches and upper stomach indigestion. I don't know what to think, is this due to the diet change, the vitamins, the alkaline water? It kind of threw me off and because I find raw food to be so filling I found that I just couldn't get myself to eat it with the indigestion I was feeling. I have fallen off the wagon these two days. My mom made me chicken soup which I ate and felt better afterwards, I also was drinking regular spring water again I felt that my body was telling me to drink that instead of the alkaline water. Am I having some sort of healing crisis that I just needed to stick through? Can alkaline water cause this or vitamins? I know that baking soda is alkaline and I had a bad reaction to baking soda/coconut oil deodorant so I wonder if the alkaline water could cause a similar reaction internally? I also stopped taking all my supplements which were supposed to help with the abnormal pap, not sure if I should start taking them again. Any advice? Thanks.

When you detox, your immune weaken a little and it cans lead you to have a few cold. It is all good, you want the bad stuff out.

If i was you, i would watch "a diet for all reason" and "a diet for a new America". I can promise you that you won't hesitate to drop all animal food. We aren't design to eat them. Since you have health issue, your best hope is to go vegan at the very least. Stay away from soy, it is genetically modified and it is so harsh on your body.

There is this fear about lacking protein. First of all, your body needs amino acid, it will use that to make the protein that it needs. When you eat flesh, it will convert the protein into an amino acid anyway first. So spare yourself and get your protein from plant. If you eat an simple apple or a simple tomato, you will get all the essential amino acid. Never you will hear search a thing that someone has protein deficiency. You will hear vitamin A, B, D etc.. but never and never protein.

Don't drink this alkaline water either. There are a lot of controversial about this. If you want to have an alkaline body, start doing green smoothie or green juice.

Get Alissa book and DVD, i promise you that you will feel excited to do raw vegan food.
