I am a obese 52 year young lady who just found out in the last few months that I have major digestive issues. I can't process grains at all but I can have flax seed and chia seeds and almond meal/flour. I cannot have much dairy but I can have a bit each day. I tried different ways of eating and although I learned so much from each one I realize mostly raw is probably best. I hope!! I take 3 digestive enzymes plus probotics each day because I was getting MAJOR reflux even without the grains. So I think its messed up in there! I did go raw before but it was too much for me. I got major gas PAINS. I got bloated and couldn't handle it...so we are going slow this time and I believe the digestive enzymes will help. I believe I can begin to lost some of this weight as I am getting everything to work right!!
