First I want to say, after looking around a bit, what a great forum this is, I feel I have a lot to learn and hopefully something to contribute as well.

I've always had an intrest in health, but I was gaining about 5 pounds a year since high school, and at 6' tall I was up to 235lbs 2 years ago. I bellieve my ideal weight is around 170.

I heard about the raw food diet about 2 years ago, and I've been learning ever since. I've been on and off with making it work in my life though. This time I think its finally stuck and things are going really well. After 5 weeks raw, I'm down to 186lbs, and feeling good, but I still have a lot of questions, and a lot to learn.

I also had a breathing problem that I had carried with me all my life that has already went away.
