    We did 2 hours of Krav Maga tonight. We're getting ready to test in the next month and so we are working on our endurance. My husband notice tonight at dinner that my arms are getting more toned. That was really cool :)

    Went for a brisk 7 Km walk with the dog last night.

    Yesterday my children and I went on a nice bike ride.. Up and down hills.. It was very nice and challenging.

    Tonight is Krav again..

    Took the dog out, walked 4 km, then jogged 2.5 km, then walked another 2 km.

    Yeah, get some!

    Did almost 2 hours of Krav tonight. Lots of kicking (which I love) :)

    We did Krav today. We focused on boxing type things.. Lots of punches, swerving, dodging, ect. It was a really good workout. Lots of sweat by the end :)

    We did 2 hours of Krav tonight. I'm hot, sweaty, and tired, but feel really good that we did it.

    We are going camping tomorrow for 6 days. Lots of hiking, exploring, and having fun. We'll see you all on Monday. :)

    @Walnutty - 1200 Calories! That's intense! Choose2BWell and GoodCat must also be burning well upwards of 1000. Good job everybody!

    @Streetsurfer - perhaps GoodCat can answer that when she gets back from her camping trip.


    Tonight I took the dog out for her evening walk. We walked 2km, then jogged 2.2 Km including a couple of short but rather steep hills, then walked another 3.3 km (7.5 km in total).

    I'm really looking forward to getting fit!

    I'll be jumping in in September! The council gyms and leisure centres here do a term time student deal, it's pretty good as it's all inclusive. You can go to as many fitness classes as you like, use the gym, swimming pool, sauna and anything else (though I think that will be the extend of my ventures as I am not a sport person).

    All I do right now is walk. And not even that much. If I have no plans I will hardly move at all from my bed/the couch. I felt dreadful walking up the hill to my house earlier! I'm chronically unfit! My body feels dreadful, I can't move with ease and I get aches and get tired so easily.
