@PansyLo - On the positive side, you have chosen to eat well and have the desire to get into shape. Start out slow, make it nice and easy yet try to work out regularly. Make it part of your lifestyle. You should find in the long run that eating a balanced, mostly raw diet will give you more energy and longevity. As your workouts become easier then you can increase the difficulty if you desire.
A good place for you to start might be doing some low-impact stretching or Yoga type classes.
