    @PansyLo - On the positive side, you have chosen to eat well and have the desire to get into shape. Start out slow, make it nice and easy yet try to work out regularly. Make it part of your lifestyle. You should find in the long run that eating a balanced, mostly raw diet will give you more energy and longevity. As your workouts become easier then you can increase the difficulty if you desire.

    A good place for you to start might be doing some low-impact stretching or Yoga type classes.

    Did isometrics for the past couple days.

    Yesterday, did 2 sets of 15 push up's, then later a 5.5 Km walk with the dog.

    Back from camping.. Had 6 days of hiking and more hiking :) Loved it!!

    Welcome back GoodCat. The Colorado Rockies must be very beautiful this time of year. It sounds like you had a great time.

    Did Krav Maga tonight for 2 hours. It was great but boy was I tired ..lol..

    Did 15 push ups earlier in the day and then in the evening went for a brisk 8 Km walk with the dog.
    At about the 2 km, 4 km, and 6km marks, we jogged for 800m.

    Maybe it's because my dog still has her winter coat and tonight was rather humid, but she was lagging behind me a bit on those little jogs.

    Burned 1200 calories at the gym this morning between the treadmill (incline 15) and weight lifting!
