    Default Wanting to be 100% RAW....

    I'd love to go 100% raw but I have lots of foods that I have to aviod due to allergy's and Unstable sugar levels.
    I can't have Nuts, Seeds, To much fruit (due to, too high in carb's) or foods to high in fat.
    So I'm having Vegetables, Limted Fruit, Raw Milk, Raw Yougurt, Raw Protien Powder.
    I'm finding it very hard to know what to eat, as at times I have to have non-raw foods. But I'd love to be 100% raw. Anyone know what I can do? Or eat?

    Why can't you have a lout of fruit, I don't see a problem with high carbs? Also I believe the sugar in fruit releases slowly into your body because of the fiber? Don't quote me on that but I think it will be fine to consume large portions of fruit. Second opinions anyone?

    Also raw milk and dairy products I don't think are apart of this forum because they are not raw vegan.
    I think these are some less 'sugary' options for you here :Grapes, bananas, coli flower with nutritional yeast (put it in a bag and shake!), salads are also good with some fruit chopped up and thrown in!

    You should post a list of food that you are allergenic too for us to give you more ideas!
