Why can't you have a lout of fruit, I don't see a problem with high carbs? Also I believe the sugar in fruit releases slowly into your body because of the fiber? Don't quote me on that but I think it will be fine to consume large portions of fruit. Second opinions anyone?
Also raw milk and dairy products I don't think are apart of this forum because they are not raw vegan.
I think these are some less 'sugary' options for you here :Grapes, bananas, coli flower with nutritional yeast (put it in a bag and shake!), salads are also good with some fruit chopped up and thrown in!
You should post a list of food that you are allergenic too for us to give you more ideas!
