MysticTree, you are doing great. Do you have access to raw nuts in the UK? I think you know that I eat pasteurized nuts and count them as raw.

Renee, sounds like home school is a lot of work. It's so cool that you take the time to do it. That "hamburger" looks good. I have read that they are awesome. I have the book, I just need to make it sometime.

LexieW, you got that cooler you were talking about before! Executing that plan - very very awesome. Hang in there with the cravings.

I had a busy day at work today (hence, why I didn't post until now).

On the food front, it was 100% raw all day. I got a little hungry at work because I didn't bring enough fruit. I made it through though. I ate when I got home and it was all good.

I dropped another pound again today. It's weird all of a sudden, after a month plus, I start going down again. It's probably the 100% raw kicking in. I am not complaining.

This is my 19th consecutive day at 100% raw. Lately, I have been off the charts happy, loads of energy, very focused very clear minded. Raw food does wonders for me. I am so happy to be in this state. :)

Good night all. Good job everyone and stay strong!

Nuts in the UK are not required to be pasteurised so any heat used in shelling and drying is the only heat I have to worry about. I never choose nuts grown in USA and I never choose roasted, toasted or otherwise heated after they have been shelled. It's about 4:30 am here at the moment. Not sure why I'm awake but all i can here is the rumble from the weir just up river from us and a very occasional car. It's very pleasant when the noise levels are so low. Well done everyone.
