    I have raw coconut flour I need to use and I don't have any proven recipes, help, please? Ü

    I dunno but I wold just mix it with flax or chia seed or something.

    Oooo... good find there walnutty! Those sound really good. I've saved the recipe to try in the future. I'm thinking strawberries or blueberries... Mmmm...

    walnutty, over at the rawfoodrecipesdotcom there are 3 recipes that sound
    promising. Do a search for Coconut Date Treats, Coconut Lemon Meltaways
    and Honey Almond Butter Truffles. I haven't tried the 3 recipes, so let us know
    if you do, and how they turned out for you k?

    there are a couple of books by Natalia KW with cake and cupcake recipes that use coconut flour. They look amazing.

    You most likely know this already, there is an "Everyday Raw Desserts" by Matthew Kenny. It uses a lot of the coconut fine (flour). I could live off of any one of his recipes.
