Hello,

I wanted to start juicing myself instead of going to the local juice bar. I always got a juice around mid-afternoon to give me a nice little pick me up. I kind of wanted to pick it up a notch and start juicing as replacement for meals at home, will I be fulfilled?

I am just starting out on a raw diet this month. I have been vegan since 1/1/12 and have lost over 70 pds. I want to lose weight, but I don't want to lose it too rapidly. My raw diet is already a huge burden on my budget, until i figure it out a little better. I am worried that I will juice and not be fulfilled and then buy or eat more of my weeks food allotment.

Can I get 500 or more calories out of a 1-2 cups of juice? Anyone have any go to high calorie juice recipes for people on a tight budget?
