    Default In my EX!

I have this recipe in my EX right now!

    http://www.rawfoodrecipes.com/video/...ale-chips.html

I have never made kale chips before and was attracted to the fact that these were spicy and had chipotle in them.

I will take pictures when they are done and report back how they taste!

p.s. I followed the recipe exactly, but next time I think I will do 1/2 cashews and 1/2 zucchini to save calories and money! (Thanks for the idea, Frugal Raw)

Thank you, i probably will replace the cashew with hemp seed.

One simple recipe for kale chips, is a little bit of olive oil, Himalayan salt and lemon juice. You massage with your hand and then add nutrional yeast that you mix gently with two forks. This is my family favorite.

    Dehydrate over night.

p.s To avoid the chips to fly all over when they are dry, i put another mesh on top of the kale before dehydrating (kale between two mesh sheet).

    Recipe for sauce:

    - 1 cup cashews
    - 1 cup red bell pepper
    - 1/4 cup lemon juice
    - 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    - 1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
    - 1/2 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper
    - 1 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder

They smelled amazing all night long! I haven't tried them yet as I am still drinking fresh juice for the day right now.
