I don't have experience with that juicer, sorry, nor much experience with juicers at all, as I've been using my vitamix for juicing for quite a while now. [Thinking about getting a more grass-and-other-such-type-able juicer, though, if that phrase makes much sense...!]

Interested to hear what others have to say to you, though! :)

Seems to me that a centrifugal juicer is, for the most part, a centrifugal juicer. They are good at carrots, celery, broccoli and the like. They are not real good at leafy vegetables or oranges and grapes. In fact I don't believe that, until you get to the ultra expensive models you are going to find anything that does it all. Even some of those have problems with the soft stuff.

In my opinion, a nice low cost companion piece for yours would be the $30 manual wheatgrass juicer that Walmart sells online. Between the two you would have a lot of versatility.

I have the Hamilton Big Mouth Juicer, and I really like it so far. Like others have said it is good for carrots, apples, celery, etc not so good for leaving things though as it really mostly just shoots them into the pulp bin. Otherwise it is a great juicer, pulp comes out very dry, was super simple to set up and is easy to clean. I've been juicing with it everyday. :-)

I think you should stick with the $50 juicer that you ordered for now. Get a good idea what it will do and what it won't do. Then start reading all the juicer threads and reviews.

It could be the only other juicer you will want is a $30 manual grass juicer. or it could be you will use this juicer while you save up for the big purchase. A machine that "does it all" will be more than $200.
