Hey Everyone.
My name is Kristyn
I had been a vegetarian/vegan for almost 12 years before falling to a ridiculous addiction last year.
I have now been sober going on 8 months.
Along with that change I have decided to adopt a Raw lifestyle.
I have been Raw since June 27th, 2012.
I am an athlete.
I love to work out and played basketball in college.
I was also a mma/kickboxer for years (all while being meat free).
I am currently studying for my NASM personal training certification.
I want to be able to teach people that you can eat clean and still be strong.
I love exploring new RAW eats and I am excited to be here.

I am currently living in Ocala, Florida. However, I used to live in Palm Beach County and miss it down there. This lifestyle is a lot easier down there. We don't have many health food stores around this area or anything.
