Cut open a fresh green coconut to get the juice. Blended it with about 5 small bananas taken from our garden and a bunch of ice. This was so delicious!
I'd rather eat vegan and look like a tree than eat cow and look like a pig.

I tried to make a grass juicing video yesterday but it turned out the camera wasn't running. Had about 10 ounces of really good juice though!

saturday go to garage sale , there sits the $200 centrifugal juicer acme made for waring (same as acme but with waring label) with the stainless steel upper half and white motor base . in excellent shape and i figure by condition about 5 years old . i look at sticker $10 , as im going to pick it up women says hey todays last day so everythings half off so thats $5

things built like tank buts a pain to clean out the stainless spinning basket type deal , i guess though you can buy paper filters for it that makes much easier . anyway now its next to my omega 8005 that im juicing frozen cranberries and apples with

last week bought a near mint jack lalane for $10 at garage sale , gave that to a friend though in attempt to get her eating healthier . i keep searching ' juicer ' at craiglist and all the local garage sales listing juicers come up and its just a matter of time til good deals

Today (and the last couple of days) this has been my go-to:

    Beet with beet greens
    Purple Kale
    4-5 Celery stalks
    Heart of Romaine
    2-3 Garlic cloves
    2 Jonathan apples
    1 lime
    2-3 inches of Ginger root

Yummy!!!! I have discovered that the ginger makes all the difference when juicing beets.

    Unbelievably delicious!
