we will be having 1x tray wheat grass, 1x tray of pea shoots and 1x tray of fenugreek. This should yield about 4 floz each. If it falls short I can add flax greens, chickpea greens, or lettuce leaves.

Just another wild edible. Mr Raw says they are good for you so I decided to try them.

Wild greens in general tend to contain loads more minerals and other nutrients then greens you buy at the store, and are also much fresher.

As for specific benefits unique to thistles, I know that milk thistle is extremely good for the liver, but I don't know if the other thistles are anywhere near as effective. But you can't go wrong eating more weeds!

2/3 lawn grass and 1/3 plantain. The plantain really took over the lawn this summer during the drought but we have had a lot of rain the last month so it really grew up nice and juicy. Today's juice was even a little sweet!

Today's juice is tomatoes, parsley, red bell pepper, carrots, beet, lemon, romaine. I made a quart and almost drank the whole thing at once, I think my body must be craving this stuff!
