This was my juice tonight...
2 small apples
1/2 cucumber
3 handfuls spinach
1 large carrot
1 beetroot
1 handful parsley
1 thumbnail sized piece of ginger
I really don't like the beetroot but I put it in every now and then because it's so good for you!

Had a gallon of juice last night for dinner! First, a 1/2 gallon of fresh veggie juice (org Persian cukes, org celery, org carrots, org garlic and ginger) and then a 1/2 gallon of fresh org kale-org apple juice (my fave!).
-
Another gallon of juice today! 1/2 gallon of vegetable juice (org red chard, org cucumber, org celery, org cilantro, org garlic and ginger) and then a 1/2 gallon of my favorite: org purple kale-org apple!
-
I made apple ginger. And I also made cucumber, apple, grape, pomegranate, spinach, ginger, celery and turmeric!
-
This morning it was Spinach, Coconut, Pineapple, Blueberry, Banana.
This afternoon its Kale Spinach and Apple
-
The usual banana pineapple coconut apple in the AM.
Beet carrot spinach apple for lunch.
Is there a way to blend beets, strain them and hold onto them? Like a food saver that takes the air out?

Today we are getting back on track after the holiday food train wreck. I separated batches of juice of sweets and bitters so my wife and I could each adjust our morning juices to taste.

In order of quantity;
In the green bitters bottle: collards, spinach, grapefruit, lemon, ginger, turmeric, carrot greens, parsley, basil
In the red sweet bottle: carrots, celery, pomegranate, orange, kiwi

I like a bitter/sweet 50/50 blend but she prefers a 70/30
Next time I will pre chill the glass bottles before I fill them.

I just had my dinner...
apple, carrot, parsley, kale, orange
Genesis 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind,
and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind:
and God saw that it was good. "The most sublime truth of all has never been stated or written or sung,
not because it is far away and can’t be reached but because it is so intimately close,
closer than anything that can be spoken." - Gangaji

Found some red kale on sale to add to the mix and three pre chilled glass bottles to hold this snowy mornings bounty.

The yellow bottle: ginger, turmeric
The orange bottle: carrots, tangerines, lime
The green bottle: collards, tuscan kale, red kale, celery, grapefruit, lemon, mint, basil
The coconut water is used to rinse the juicer between batches

I'm doing 10/30/60 mix and my wife is doing a 10/20/70 mix
-
I just mix all I can find *newbie here* : 1 beet, 2 carrots, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 2 oranges, 1 piece of ginger, 1 apple, 2 celeri sticks and finally a big head of spinash. 1 jug of this wonderful mixture upon awakening and I'm a happy camper!
