I think using the word "high" is a bad idea, as it (rightly) has a negative connotation. It should be normal for people to have the amazing energy, joy and passion that I (and undoubtedly Mr Raw) feel everyday, but for most people it is an abnormality because they are so lacking in vital energy that every day is a drag in comparison. It's possible for everyone on this planet to feel levels of well being and bliss that far surpasses most people's wildest imagination, and it's really a shame that people continue to trash their bodies and not do the necessary things to feel this way.

When you're happy you probably think that you're happy...but just like SAD eaters thinking that they are healthy, you're barely touching the surface of the joy, passion, well being and bliss that you could be feeling. Lots of people think that they're energetic...since I went sproutarian I realized that even the most energetic people I know are practically fatigued and exhausted 24/7 in comparison. This isn't a high, and it's not unnatural. It's just that the average person can't possibly understand this level of health unless they experience it themselves.

    Go for it :)

are you foraging your weeds to juice? I just recently purchased a book on foraging and would love to implement in my juicing.

My juice is dandelion, kale, lemon, ginger, cucumber and a little pineapple to sweeten it up!

I really don't like lemon with greens. I like it with fruit though. No juice for me today.

I believe it makes the juice last longer and it cuts the taste of being too green so I can have more greens in my juice.

I always drink my juice right away and I like the green flavour better without lemon. I wasn't suggesting you shouldn't have lemon. Just observing that I like lemon juice in with fruit juices but not greens.

I didn't think that...I was just sharing why I like it :-) I use strong greens and I have juiced for a while. I hope I can get to where I like the green taste even more.

Breakfast and the start of my potentially 30 day juice fast: papaya, kale, lime, ginger, parsley, and carrot. Yum.
