    Wheat grass. With a little celery and a little romaine and topped up with water.

    Today I've borrowed Walnutty's idea and made tomato juice! Well, actually, it's technically a smoothie, as I decided not to strain it, since it's so good as is! And what a pretty colour!

    I don't think I will be juicing today unless I decide the pea and lentil sprout mix is ready ... should need a day or so more at least really. I'll check when I get home.

    Experimenting today; I will have:

    * sunflower green juice
    * flax green juice
    * chia green juice
    * buckwheat greens
    * alfalfa sprout juice
    * various juiced weeds

    Let's see how much of a difference the grasses actually make. I want to see if I notice any change by replacing them with other microgreens.

    Also having algae, but I don't juice it so I'm not counting that.

    I can't say I noticed much of a difference cutting the grasses out, but I think I may have felt slightly better with them (could just be psychological). I still felt great either way.

    I think I'll try the same thing for the next few days, then throw the grasses in for a few days after that and see if I notice a difference then.

    After a morning workout I just wanted to throw together a quick juice... Made a large one.

    No specific amounts here I just threw them all together... :)

    Broccoli Rabe(Rapini) which I grew from my own garden!
    Celery
    Carrots
    Arugula
    Kale
    Sweet Potato
    Fennel

    It worked and I drank a large container of it along with some raw vegan protein powder. I felt absolutely amazing for most of the day.

    Good day!

    Today's juice for me is the "Mean Green" from "Fat, Sick and nearly Dead".

    Have a nice day!

    After having an almost week-long hiatus (just finished working 12 days in a row and simply didn't have the initiative to juice rather than throw together quick smoothies), I made a juice with the bits 'n' pieces in the fridge:

    -1/2 cucumber
    -3 red bell peppers
    -3/4 'head' of celery
    -1/2 bunch parsley
    -3 broccoli stalks

    Kind of a 'kitchen sink' juice today! Will have to go out and buy some more juicing stuff. Ah, I love shopping for juicing stuff! :)

    And I've missed my juices. They're so much lighter than smoothies!

    At the weekend I had a small half tray of wheatgrass and some lentil and pea sprouts. When juiced there was a good amount and offered to share with bf. He asked for lemon to be added and whilst it didn't grab me as an idea, I made the mistake of going along with it. Undrinkable
