Heck ya :)
*runs out door to pick more weeds*
-
So far:
- a tray of ryegrass juice
- a tray of sunflower green juice
- a tray of chia green juice
- a half tray of arugula microgreens
- a jar of alfalfa juice
- dandelion, chickweed and poor man's pepper juice (about 24 oz)
I'll have a tray of wheatgrass juice later on.
I try to rotate my weeds every day to avoid having too much of any one plant. I rotate my sprouts too, but not as often because they have virtually no nutrient inhibitors (I still rotate them due to alkaloid content).
And I'm still not counting blended food as juice.

I personally start my day with drinking some sort of green juice. There has huge benefits of juicing, that give me extra energy and I was fresh whole day.

Today's juices! Kale-Apple and Fresh Tomato!

Do you notice your voice getting deeper and much stronger because of the sprouts? And do you notice you are developing more muscle and feel stronger?
* I think it was chickweed - I just "knew" it was edible, so I went ahead and tried it - intuition is great. Well, I've had plenty of it and I'm still here, so it must be edible. 've actually done it with a few weeds that I have absolutely no idea what they are but I felt were edible.
l've tried that too, but you must be careful. l once juiced a weed that l didn't know in the back yard and took a really small sip to test it out and knew straight away that it was very poisoness because l broke out in an instant sweat and my heart and throat started to race, so l took E3 live and it went away quickly. l wouldn't recommend any SAD eater do that, but if you are highly detoxed on a sprout diet l feel a person can take careful risks. Various weed eating farmers l know have done the same thing. How else will we know if not from trial and error. But really, crushing the weed and rubbing it on hands is the safest way and wait 7 hours to see any reactions, then try if on the moiuth and wait 7 hours for any reactions, and if good, eat some and wait 7 hours for any reactions, and then if good, juice some and see what happens. Then try juicing that weed for a few months and get a blood test and see if it you have any toxins from the weeds.

Today I tried something new and it came out just yummy.
Strawberry, apple and pear juice
1 cup strawberries, hulls removed
1 Granny Smith apple
3 small ripe pears, stalks removed
1 head of favourite lettuce, vary each time
Just blend it and serve it.

Today it's:
-one cucumber
-5 apples
-6 broccoli stems
Mmm, very light and tasty! Must experiment more with different broccoli combinations, too, since I have a never-ending supply! And... the boyfriend says it's 'delicious'! :)
-
Today is Fresh Tomato juice!

Just straight tomato? Mmm, I have a flat of tomatoes right now, I should do that! Another boyfriend-friendly flavour, too! (Though maybe I can squeeze some broccoli in there, too!)

Yep, just fresh on-the-vine organic tomatoes!
I filled my Vitamix to the brim with them, liquified them and then put it all through a nut-milk bag. It was the most beautiful color!

I wanted wheat grass juice but ended up with ruby grapefruit juice. Might go to a place that does smoothies later but it's still raining and I don't feel like going anywhere.
-
Mine today is:
1/2 large cucumber
2 large celery stalks
2 small pink lady apples
4 small carrots
a little piece of ginger.
Yummy! It's funny too because I hate eating celery, but I like the juice.

Definitely growing more muscle and getting stronger, the voice is stronger but I don't think it's turned any deeper yet. Will be interesting to look out for.

Yes, the universal edibility test. I've done it a couple of times but it's a hassle because it's best if you're water fasting during that time. I don't like missing out on my green juices

* alfalfa sprout juice
* blue green algae juice
* fenugreek sprout juice
* rye grass juice
-
So far:
* oatgrass juice
* flax green juice
* alfalfa sprout juice
Just going out to forage for weeds now.
* alfalfa sprout juice
* blue green algae juice
* fenugreek sprout juice
* rye grass juice
I've never though of juicing fenugreek before, I'll have to try that.
