Default Don't know what to feed my 1 yr old!

I really don't know enough about nutrition to know if he is getting enough. I need someone to straight up tell me what to feed him.All these sites on the internet don't help when I google, bc everyone and their momma thinks you need meat and dairy to "get enough." But I see people on here only giving raw foods and they are doing just fine.

I'm still breastfeeding.. I probably will until he just doesn't want it anymore.

He is so picky sometimes he really only wants to eat pureed food like smoothies and he usually has 2 of those a day.

I'm afraid to introduce nuts bc his grandpa is allergic to "mixed" nuts, so he eats soy peanut butter.

SO IDEAS! please! I would just die if he is malnourished or something. (not that im assuming he is..)

Read the other post, many suggestion has been made.

Here is what i suggest but first learn to listen to your intuition and listen to your child craving or need.

Give him as much fruits he wants and you can start to prepare smoothie with fruits/hemp seeds for the essential amino acid. Hemp seeds is apparently anti-allergic. I wouldn't give nut yet and wait a little longer. If you suspect that he could have reaction, get him tested first. I wouldn't take chance. I knew my child would be ok because we don't have nut allergies in the family.

Fruits content important nutrients for the child growth including the amino acid. It is easy to digest and his brain needs the sugar. If you still nurse, you can continue up to age two if you feel this is ok. I strongly believe that you are the best person to know because you are guided always and your intuition enhance when you become a mother.

(Edited) DON'T Do do soy, it is genetically modify most the time.

Start to introduce any other food but put your focus mainly on fruits and essential amino acid that can be found in my plant food but at that age, i find hemp seed to work very well.

    All the best.
