I figured I would end the month with a hard workout. This is a Gym Jones workout

I modified the floor wipers from 135 to, 65, 55 to 45#.

Warmup upper and lower body, stretch, 3x10 squats, 5x100 single unders

50x Deadlift @ 135# +
50x Push-up +
50x Box Jump @ 20" box +
50x Floor Wiper @ 45#(one-count) +
50x KB Clean and Press @ 25#, 20# (KB must touch floor between reps) +
25x Pull-up
300 reps total
