On it, with 3x a week of weight training, cardio 2-3x a week, hoop dancing 2-4x a week, and Pilates practice 2x a week. I do have Pilates class when I can get there too. My awesome instructor used to teach at my gym a couple times a week, but management cut out the Pilates and yoga classes pretty much, so I have to pay extra to go the studio where she now teaches. However, there's a less expensive community mat class that she teaches on Saturday noon that's awesome. I love doing 4 different things! I have a hoop dance intensive coming up on Saturday by my equally-awesome hoop teacher, a 2 and a half hour one, and yes, she does keep one moving LOL! Like any good dance class, it's a sweat-box!
