    Default Beauty Juice

I call it this because it is filled with anti-oxidants. Just look at this color!!!

    Ingredients:

    Grape Tomato
    Radicchio
    Beet
    Red Bell Pepper
    Ginger
    Lime

You know I use to love beets and carrots, although had a strange reaction to it a few weeks ago. I had had some quinoa a few hours earlier. Then I made beet juice with carrots which I normally love. I ended up vomiting and my mouth and tongue was very itchy after. Now the thought of beets my mind can't handle.

That is absolutely lovely. I've been stuck on my version of V8 - tomato, celery, beet, jalepeno, carrot, and it comes out that same color. Fabulous! How did it taste? I bet it was awesome!

That is one good looking drink.

The pigment that gives drinks with beetroot that rich, red color is called betaine.

Betaine presents one of the main benefits of beet juice because it known as a terrific antioxidant.

These antioxidants are powerful cancer-fighting agents.

I have a similar juice combination at least twice a week.
