Default Diet for my one year old.

Hello Everyone. I need some ideas on what to feed my one year old daughter. She has been exclusively breastfed up until her first birthday which was May 28th. She is still breastfed but I am now feeding her breakfast lunch and dinner. I have been feeding her pureed fruits and for veggies I add spinach or kale. I am very new to the raw food diet so I really have no idea what she should be eating now. My husband is convinced that all she needs is fruits and veggies but I'm not sure. Please help me!!! Thank you in advance :)

Especially if she is still breast feeding, fruits and veggies are great. Mashed avocado is really good on a regular basis. I a little while you can add in the nuts and seeds (ground up).

young coconut, young coconut water, hemp seeds (can be blend into a smoothie), they are rich in omega 3/6 so so so much nutrients.

Give tone of fruits. Plantain banana are very rich in protein, i mix them in smoothie. Focus on fruit and essential fatty acid, the rest just introduce has she likes it.

She cans live on fruit seriously, just try to listen to what her taste is. Meaning, if all she wants in a sudden is tomato then just give tomatoe. Children are much more in tune with their body then us.

Something to mix in her smoothie would be soaked gojji berries (rich in vitamin A, Iron and C).

Get the book RAWSOME, it is so well done and not expensive. You can learn about which food has what and the amino acid.

    All the best!

Also when babies are so young, you can chew up their food before giving it to them. Sounds lovely, right? You can get lots more raw food in their bellies this way, and the digesetive juices in your mouth help break things down a big more for them. I used to do this with my son with carrots, sprouts, greens, beans, cucumbers, nuts, seeds. He loved it! I did get a few strange looks if we were out, but whats important here?! LOL

Avocado is the best... my son still eats it will a spoon right out the peel... he's almost 3. Such a great way to raise your babies!!! Rawsomely!!

Watch this as Angela Stokes-Monarch gives some great suggestions by telling us what her daughter Oria Berry Monarch is eating at 9 months old!
