    Good evening, this afternoon was still very Caliente and humid; the little rain we got has cooled things down.

    Bob Harper ( biggest loser trainer) did this workout. ( you tube video)

    Warmup, upper and lower body stretch, Samson stretch, 3x15 squats,

    3 rounds for time of:
    5 Pull ups
    10 hand release pushups
    15 KBS 35#
    20 Burpees
    50 SU

    Time: 12:10, burpees do suck, they slowed me down. Get some!

    I love Bob Harper... My daughter and I watch The Biggest Loser every season...lol.. Its the only thing we watch, since we are not real TV people :)

    My daughter and I did a curcuit today.
    10 squats
    20 jumping jacks
    20 sit ups
    20 push ups
    30 sec. plank
    X5

    Then we all went to Krav tonight. It was an almost 2 hour class. In the warm up we had to do sit ups again with our partner (my daughter ) and our coach had us pass a 20lb. kettle ball between us.. ouch...but fun!

    I feel like I got some and then some ..lol..

    I hope it cools down for you choose2BWell.... Its in the 90s this week for us, but not humid.

    GC, good deal Try this
    20 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of
    5 push up (knees, leaning against wall, leaning against steps)
    10 sit ups
    15 squats.
    Scale down or up accordingly, and keep track of your rounds.

    Today 2 for 1

    AM: 2.4 mi run (hill work)

    PM: Kelly
    Five rounds for time of:*
    Run 400 meters*
    15 Box jump, 24 inch box*
    15 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball 10" target

    Time: 27 min, this sucked, it was hot. Took a face plant during 3rd round of box jump, last 2 rounds were 18". Better safe then sorry. Get some!

    Yesterday I did a similar workout, I have earned a day off tomorrow

    Strange (new hero's workout)
    Eight rounds for time of:
    400 meter Run
    5 pullups 15# KB
    11 Walking lunge steps, carrying 20# KB ea hand
    20# ea hand Kettlebell thruster, 11 reps

    Turned off the timer, this was tough; After the 5th rd I said I was done, after the 6th rd I said I was done....., it was more about getting into that uncomfortible area and pushing myself beyond what I beleive. Finished all 8 rds. Get some!

    Beautiful day in DC, the calm before it gets hot again. I ate a very large salad t lunch, energy level was good.

    Warmup: upper and lower body stretch, Lunges, 3x10 Pullups, 3x100 single unders, shoulder dis locators.

    Workout:
    "SQT"

    Three rounds for time of:
    75 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
    200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice

    Time: 8:34, 1st rd of ground to overhead was unbroken, 2nd:6-4, 3rd:4,4,2? Run was about 60 yards.

    Finished with 8x100 single undres with a 30 sec break between sets ouch. Get some!

    I forgot to post the last few days... oops...

    Yesterday we did 2 classes of Krav. Level 1 and level 2.. Level 2 was tuff on me. We did nothing but kicks. My lower back and hips are really feeling it. Then we went horse trick riding at a friends today for a few hours and my hips felt that too.
    Lastly we went to Krav tonight. At least no kicks, but it was still tuff :0

    Welcome back GC, I will be on the road beginning fri, so It Will be fun coming up with good workouts that will include some of the team members.

    Warmup: upper and lower body stretch, 2x100 single unders, 10 Pullups

    Today I ran a 5k, get some!

    Those are nice work outs, me too is doing the upper and lower body stretch every day. and I ran a 10 k/ day.

    I find myself feeling better after a good stretch, especially my shoulders and ankles. Feel free to log your workouts. Get some!

    I took today off.. My hips and lower back were really sore from lots of kicks and ground work. But we'll be at it again tomorrow.. Have fun!
