I took Thurs off, yesterday (Fri) was a travel day, so as always on travel days we off loaded a semi full of our gear. The WX was hot? We also have access to a local gym, which will us during our stay.
Today up early did the following:
Upper and lower body stretch
10 rounds of
12 KBS (25#)
100 single unders
8 rds of 3 reps ea arm of
40-50# dumbbell snatch
It felt good to be back in my routine, ate lots of fruits, vegies and smoothies. Get some!
