    Default Need some help please!!!

    Hello beautiful people,
    my name is Haroulita and im new to this forum and in Raw food.
    I start eating raw the last 3 days and i feel awesome but i wanna ask u something.
    Im little confused of how much fruits and salads i can eat everyday.I want to lose 60 pounds!!!!
    Also i want to quit smoking.i quit it 3 years ago for 9 months and i gain so many pounds,and i got so sad and start it again
    so i want to ask if i quit it again now and im in raw food diet is it possible to gain pounds than to lose??????

    You can eat as much as you like pretty much on raw; especially if you have 60lbs to lose. If you don't already have Alissa's first book then I would recommend you get a copy. Click at the top by the lettuce or look on amazon etc for second hand copies.

    If you decide that everything you eat will be raw then you will loose weight. Just eat what you want.

    thanks guys.The only bad is that i have a terrible headache since yesterday that i cant afford.i dont know why that happen,i eat alot and drink alot of water.any advise? thx

    You just went SADfood cold turkey. It can be a bit painful but passes soon enough.
