Default Help with an Omega VRT350

I was soooo excited yesterday when my new juicer came. We tried it out last night and it worked fine. This morning it kept getting jammed when we put slim medium sized carrots it in. We also added celery, apple, beets, and kale. We had to take it apart three times. Does anyone know if we were doing something wrong or if this is a common trait of this juicer? Any help would be greatly appreciated

This juicer is wonderful with fruits. As for greens with fiber, you need to cut them in pieces. From your list, it would be celery and kale.

You will love this juicer though if you do fruit juice. I many time use it in combination with my green star (wonderful for greens) but not so great with tomato or soft fruits.

So for the VRT anything with fiber such leafy greens, herbs and wheat grass, cut small (use scissors).

    All the best

P.S You could always exchange it with the Omega 8000 series. It does everything but the VRT is best with fruits
