    Nice day in DC, so my workouts consisted of:

    AM workout: 4 mi run before work

    PM workout

    5 rounds of :

    12 reps: 10# wall ball 10'
    12 reps: Knees to elbows
    12 reps: 35# kettle bell swing

    Get some!

    Good evening,

    5 min stretching,
    Warm up: 3 rounds of: 100 singleUnders, 10 lunges, 8 pull ups, 10 Situps

    Crossfit WOD

    Three rounds for time of:
    Run 800 meters
    Rest 2 min

    1: 4:29
    2: 4:34
    3: 4:24

    Cool down 1/2 mi walk, Get some!

    Tonight was Krav again.. We did some floor defenses tonight which was fun!! It was hot today and so we were all sweating pretty good :)

    Today I mowed the lawn (30 min) and did 6x3 of L pull ups. (come to a dead hang, keeping your legs straight lift to waist height, do your pull up). Form got sloppy after 4th round. You will feel it in your core.

    Krav again tonight. I hurt my knee a few weeks ago and it just doesn't want to heal. Tonight I hurt it again, but it doesn't keep me from doing most stuff, just the floor things get to it.

    Ran 4 mi before work (8 min mi)

    PM workout: modified the routine because I ran in the AM. Worked up a good sweat, burpee box jumps SUCK!

    Three rounds of:
    165 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
    7 Pull ups
    then,
    Three rounds of:
    12 Wall ball shots, 10# ball
    12 Toes-to-bar
    then,
    100 foot Farmer carry, 2 35# kettle bells (one ea. hand)
    12 Burpee box jumps, 16” box. SUCK
    100 foot Farmer carry, 2 35# kettle bells (one ea. hand)
    7 Pull ups (2 sets)

    Time 23:42. Get some!

    Yes burpees suck and if you add a Pullup or a box jump at the end of it, it sucks more. Search (YouTube) for the burpee mile, insane?

    I am taking a few days off in order to recover. Get some!

    We did Krav tonight again. We practiced 360 defenses.

    I'm going to start running/jogging in the mornings. Maybe 3 times a week. I figured out the distance to our Krav class from our house and its about 1.3 miles one way. So I'm thinking to jogging up and back..

    After 6 years of doing nothing due to a back injury/nerve compression I started riding a three wheel trike in Jan....rode 80 miles. Upgraded to a recumbent trike in Feb...rode 102 miles, March 201 miles, April 101 miles and so far for May 56...I am riding at least 25 miles a week...each trip 9 miles....feels so good to be moving again...weird that I still can't walk any distance at all but the riding doesn't hurt me at all...started yoga today....maybe 10 minutes

    Again welcome, keep pedaling. Yoga is great for the muscles and helps relieve pain.

    My workout: this was a tough one after 3 days off. The humidity didn't help either. Good upper body Work and it involved my core. My son is on his 4th tour in the sand box (USAF), so I couldn't slack off.

    "Jag 28" U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Mark Forester, 29, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, assigned to the 21st Special Tactics Squadron, based in Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina, died on September 29, 2010, while conducting combat operations in Uruzgan province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Ray and Pat, and siblings Terri, David, Joseph and Thad.

    Stretching and warmup, 3x50 single unders, 3x10 lunges, 3x10 Situps.

    For time:
    Run 800 meters
    28 Kettlebell swings, 25#
    28 Strict Pull-ups
    28 Kettlebell clean and jerk, 20# each
    28 Strict Pull-ups
    Run 800 meters

    Pullups were strict and unassisted, the C&J got tough towards the end.

    Time: 29:40. Get some!
