We've lost so many good men and women......

We did Krav tonight. It was an 1 1/2 long class. It felt good. I can feel myself getting stonger each day. Its great.

I usually hike every week, but unfortunately my group didn't do any hikes this weekend because of the holiday. However, I took a nice stroll through one of the parks around here to get some exercise/sun, and it was nice. I joined the gym last week but can't say I like going because I am a tad self-conscious. I have an elliptical and a stationary bicycle in my home, though, so I try to use one or both at least three times per week! I am hoping that combining the exercise with the diet change will bring some results.

Welcome, enjoy the journey. I workout at home, but do my runs at work (early); enjoy the home workouts you don't have to worry about anything or anyone.

    My workout

    10 reps Bench press 5x135
    Double under practice (jump rope)
    Lunges
    Toes to bar

    Cross Fit Endurance (running)
    6x200m (1:30 rest btwn sprints)
    2x400. (2:00 rest btwn sprints)

Good workout, except it was hot and humid, get some!

Krav tonight... One more night and then we are off to camping for 5 days!!

I tried to jog the other day.. My hips started hurting almost as soon as I started. I still managed to walk/jog a mile in about 14 minutes.. Not too bad.

I might have to ease into it more easily.

    Welcome Mindylane!!

    Great job Choose2BWell!

TOday the WX was hot and very humid, so working out in the garage was tough

    Lunch 2 mi walk

    Pm:

    Single unders, lunges and stretching

    21-15-9 reps for time of:
    95 pound Front squat
    Burpee
    Pull-ups

The burpees were brutal, I have decided to put an ac in the garage, enough said. Get some!

GC, lookup http://www.mobilitywod.com may be it will help. Enjoy the camping trip
