    Hey GoNeRaWLiNz,

Cravings are a sign that you're not eating enough. Take the weekend to prepare lots and lots of raw dishes ready for the week ahead and make sure that your house is full of THOSE as well. Then you have snacks but they don't have to be junk. Dehydrated chips and goodies, salads and salad dressings, ice cream, chocolate cake etc. Whatever raw foods you love, make lots of those. If you don't have any raw foods you love as much as the junk foods - invest in some new recipe books or research online for new recipes!

cravings can certainly be a sign that you need to eat more but also a sign of emotional imbalance and, if you believe the Candida people, a sign that you are starving Candida of what it wants. I'm on quite a low calorie intake at the moment and not craving anything at all. Water fasting for 36 hours a week seems to have reset my appetite and switched off my cravings. Also I suppose each person's cravings are different. Something you or i might call a craving might only be a mild desire to someone else. It probably depends how much power we each grant to our cravings among other things.

Mystic Tree, that's a very good point, regarding candida and your pointers about low calories and water fasting are very interesting. How do you cope with a low-calorie diet? Do you replace calories (macronutrients) with a lot of micronutrients, e.g. from green juices?
