Look after our blood and we don't get cancers. How do we do that? Eat raw. Simple. You can take drugs or eat right. Eat right and our blood becomes high test.

Thank you for posting this. It is interesting. I have re-posted it on some of my local forums.

I don't have 20 min to spare this AM but I will try to listen later. I lost my kidney to cancer last year. Still have a cancer diagnosis, I guess. Doctor thinks he got the tumor out, but I'm not waiting around for it to come back before I do something!

Wow! Delmar...thank you for sharing that! That's so great that you're taking charge of your health! I love that quote that Alissa uses by in LOLF page 9: "There are no incurable diseases. If you are willing to take responsibility for yourself and your life, you can heal yourself of anything."

Also, the one on page 46: "If we eat wrongly, no doctor can cure us; if we eat rightly, no doctor is needed."

Fantastic to know that somewhere out there, more people are being introduced to the "food as medicine" philosophy. I only wish my Uncle could get onboard - he has stage 4 prostate cancer, and refuses to look at anything other than chemo

In a weird way I feel sort of fortunate because I have a type of cancer, Renal Cell Carcinoma, that is highly resistant to chemo and radiation, so after they take the tumor out, there is no other treatment unless the cancer comes back. So when my buddy started talking to me about nutrition and alternative cancer treatments, I was all ears!

delmar; I have lost many family members and friends to cancer..Also had a double mastectomy 25 years ago. Wish I would have known about raw foods and if so had the brains to do what I am doing now. You sure are one smart man for living your lifestyle now.

I was led to this diet after trying to find answers as to why my brother had cancer (lung when he never smoked a day in his life). I came to the conclusion that it was partly his diet. Mine was not bad like his but I am grateful that I found it. Even the thought of going back to a SAD diet makes my stomach turn :-)
