Default Not being able to eat much at once.

Hi, I'm in a transit period to eating only raw foods.

The problem I noticed during the first day of raw food is that I have to eat very often and include only small amounts.

Which gives me problems if I have to go out somewhere (I get hungry very fast after going out).

Is this a common symptom in the transit period? Will I be able to eat bigger portions after a while?

I usually eat mostly fruit with a little nuts/fats (under 5%) each meal.

    Thanks in advance. :)

We are all different and as long as you are listening to your body it should be good. You might find that smoothies would help. More calories in a less bulky form and still lots of fibre to help spread the hunger pangs out.

Try some different eating patterns and gauge which ones work best for you.

1 day... eh! <<<1st day. Wait a few days or about a week and you'll start eating more. This isn't cooked nor addictive foods. Your body isn't use to this new way of eating. And yes, I've been able to indentify. Plus keep in mind... for most people it is healthy to fast and skip meals. Far too much hog wash out there. Many often times it has occured to me I hadn't eaten for a day or two yet was vibrant with much energy and no stomach growls. Listen to your body and eat only when hungry. But starting off raw... not everyone but many know what you're going through. It's transitioning. And there's weird science to humans who eat too much to keep them hungry. Get on a healthy eating track it will change how it's meant to be.
