Find recipes you love. I blend watermelon with lemon in the morning its great. Its not green but a very cleansing drink. If you had a very S.A.D diet you might get some detox symptoms, Google them it may help. I think fatigue is the most common. Good luck I know you will do great.

My Favorite green smoothie, Spinach, water, Juice of 2 oranges. Yummy.

Do a colon cleanse in conjunction with daily enemas and maybe even colon hydrotherapy; these will greatly aid your body in riding itself of its toxic burden and probably avoid most of the unpleasant side effects as well. Here's something I posted elsewhere:

Always do a colon cleanse first, because otherwise it's like flushing a clogged toilet...the toxins just re-enter your bloodstream. Guaranteed to make you feel like crap. *smile*

After the colon cleanse, the next one you should do is the liver, then it's really your choice what to do next. The seven main cleanses are

    1. Colon
    2. Liver/gallbladder
    3. Kidney/bladder
    4. Heavy Metal
    5. Parasite
    6. Candida
    7. Full body/lymphatic

For cleaning the colon, enemas and colon hydrotherapy (far more effective out of the two) are also very effective, and after the colon is cleaner you can incorporate garlic or coffee enemas to help detox your liver.
How much you do is entirely dependent on you, but doing all of the cleanses I listed above is guaranteed to make you feel like a new person. Rebounding for 10-20 minutes a day is also great for detoxification and health in general (only form of exercise known that stimulates every cell in your body).

The recipe Traceyraw posted is good for detoxifying, and even just lemon juice in water has that effect. Another great blood, liver, and total body cleanser is wheatgrass juice - grow your own and juice it (if you have a juicer). Start slowly (1-2 oz/day) and work your way up to whatever dose you can tolerate, increasing by about 1 oz/day...it's that powerful. It will not taste pleasant at first, but the health benefits far outweigh the gag factor, and it even grows on you after a while.

Chlorophyll is the ultimate cleanser and blood builder, so incorporate as many greens as you possibly can. The fresher the better, so you might want to grow your own green sprouts/microgreens. I find it's quite relaxing as well :) If you're feeling adventurous you can even incorporate algae, as it has far more chlorophyll then even dark leafy greens. The highest in chlorophyll is chlorella (hence its name - actually the best source of chlorophyll in the world), another two good ones are spirulina and AFA (Aphanizomenon flos-aquae). I wouldn't recommend any other types becuase I just don't know enough about them, and some can be quite toxic.

Exercise is vital for detoxification (and health in general), both aerobic and anaerobic. Walking is also very beneficial; you should strive for a minimum of walking one hour in a row every day, preferably out in nature and the sunlight (don't wear sunglasses, and especially not sunscreen). Stretching is also good for health and detoxification, try to get up and stretch periodically and stretch every time you think of it. another biggie is deep breathing, nearly everyone is chronically deficient in oxygen* and oxygen burns up toxins (among many other functions). Dry brush your skin every day to stimulate your lymph fluid. Getting deep massages is also very good for detoxification.

*In the US, at least, the lawful minimum oxygen content in the air has gone down several times over the past few decades...in other words, the air we are breathing now would have been considered critically deficient in oxygen a few decades ago!
