    Nice 1 Choose2BWell!

Yesterday I ate perfectly and did my full Ab workout. Also did a 30min medium paced walk. Some basic arm reps to finish off the day but should have done more of those really.

Today - RUN! Plus lots more arms routines.

Today I decided to go on a run, without a running clock, I just ran. It was great to relax and enjoy the trail without any distractions. My mind and body are good, now it's time to work on developing the spiritual part of the equation. The journey will be interesting and enjoyable.

Yesterday I read a great article titled "Walk It", http://www.gymjones.com/knowledge/ take the time and read it, it provides an interesting insight about people saying they want to begin something (anything) and eventually never do.

Gym Jones has an interesting approach to training, enjoy the ride; get some!
