So happy to find this forum! My name is Ann Marie and I am new to raw....I do have some what healthy eating habits... no junk food, lots of fruit, veggies, and yogurt in my diet and do buy organic, ...Whole foods and Trader Joes, , so I am off too a good start...but...this is incorporated along with pasta, fish, chicken and very little red meat...I now want to give it my best shot and go all raw, and I have to learn... I give all of you a lot of credit for loving life and being as healthy as you can...way to go! looking forward to being here! :)

You sound similar to how was when I first started - pescatarian for ten years. But now I've been raw for about 2.5 years with no looking back.
What is your main motivation for going raw?
