Default Let's be honest about cook food drug effect

For the one of you, that find themselves having cook food once in a while such steam vegetables, you may want to read this article. I find it very informative.

I am trying to research what cook food contain to make it as a drug effect. Even simple steam vegetable will lead to make exception all the time.

If someone has good link or articles to recommend, please share.

It seems that you need to accept that cook food is a drug and you cannot make an exception period.

    Enjoy!

That was a good article but I really think they are talking about processed food with added sugar, salt and fats for the most part. I did not get that, say lightly steamed veggies, were the addictive thing they were speaking of. I guess I am having a crisis of faith. I'm just not sure you need to be 100% to reap all the benefits if your non raw choices are healthy. I would like to hear others ideas on this topic. It was a good article.

The article didn't say anything about steamed vegetables, just processed foods. I highly doubt that steamed veggies are addictive.

100% gives you the maximum benefit, obviously, but any amount is better then 0%. Strive for 100% but do the best you can.

Yes, it is true, it didn't say about the steam vegetables. I did read someone else experience and she was mentioning about steam vegetable. I WAS talking about me. I experienced it also. What made me a solid foot in the raw food is that i focus on my accomplishment. Otherwise i would have gone back to cook food.

So i wonder, what is the substance in cook food that make me sensitive and others. Cook food in any form seems to be a poison to my body just as the coffee was.

No doubt in my mind that 100% raw pure food is the way.

I am in a place now that i know for me that making exception with even steam vegetable will lead me to crave for cook food. I know many don't have this issue and they are discipline, but for me, i experienced it the same as coffee. Once i understood that i could never again make exception with coffee, i was ok to make that decision and stay away.

I'm put off that article by it's being called "Cooked Food: Most Addicting Drug in the World" I feel it should really be "addictive" in that context.

It's not technically incorrect but it just bothers me right away. It sounds obviously wrong to me.
